Have you ever had days when you just feel so low, sad, and depressed that you just want to hide under the duvet and not come out.

In 2009 I was diagnosed with Bi Polar and OCD after suffering 8 years of roller coaster highs and lows of undiagnosed madness.

Since my diagnosis I have made it my mission to understand my condition, and my triggers so that I can manage my condition better.

There are a few things have have helped me to manage my condition

1. Lifestyle – The way you chose to live your life. Exercise plays a massive part in my life. I don’t just do this to change my body shape, but I also do it to help my mental health – I see it as part of my medication. Nutrition is also something that I have addressed to help manage my condition. I chose to take all processed sugars out of my diet to
