In 2009 I was diagnosed with Bi Polar and OCD after suffering 8 years of roller coaster highs and lows of undiagnosed madness.
Since my diagnosis I have made it my mission to understand my condition, and my triggers so that I can manage my condition better.

I don’t just do this to change my body shape, but I also do it to help my mental health – I see it as part of my medication.
