3 Tips On How To Make Any Workout A Smash and get your mind focused. The REAL pre-workout you need!

**** DO THIS BEFORE YOU DO ANY WORKOUT ****

Before you do any workout it is essential that you get into the right state of energy to be focused

So many of us don’t want to work out at all and find it hard to find the energy to get going.

There is a saying made famous by Tony Robbins

“The quality of your life depends on the quality of your questions”

We are always asking questions all the time. As soon as you get up out of bed one of the first questions will more than likely be

“What time is it?”
“Can I get a little more sleep in?”
“What’s on the agenda today?”

From the get-go, there will be questions

So it makes sense that if we ask a better question we will get a better answer. The mind will answer any question that you give it.

For example “Why am I so tired” “Why can I not be bothered?”

And you know and we know the type of answers you will get. Then you start to talk yourself out of a workout and suggest that this could be a “rest” day and you promise you will make up for it in the week.

We have a little checklist today of some questions to ask yourself every single time you work out to get you in “state” for working out

** No 1 – BREATHE it’s your life force **

Take some time to just have a few breaths before you answer these questions.

This is just a reminder to keep with your breath when you are working out.

** No 2 – What are you FIGHTING for today? **

What are you fighting to achieve in this workout session?

Because you know that nothing comes for free, there has to be a level of effort put in. Even if it is going to a walk there takes a bit of effort to be able to actually get up and get going

It could be freedom, strength, to be me again, to show I can do it. These are a few examples

** No 3 – What’s your POWER word? **

In the Rock Solid Gym we have some power words up on the walls that our guys and gals can look at when things get tough

For example Motivation, Power, Determination, Will Power

All positive words that when you say them spark something in you

Your power word will be the one word you will focus on in the workout the one that when it gets tough you say in your mind over and over again to focus you BACK to the task in hand

It could be tranquil if you are on a walk, it could be calm if you are in a stretch session or it could be a warrior or strong if you are in a weights session, perhaps if you were in a high-intensity session it would be POWER

It’s down to you to pick these

So change your questions change your life.

Let me know how you will use this today
