This Privacy Policy explains how Rock Solid Body Transformations Ltd, trading as Rock Solid Health, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit rocksolidhealth.co.uk or send us an enquiry through this website. We have written it in plain language.
If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
1. Who we are
Data controller: Rock Solid Body Transformations Ltd
Company number: 08199920 (registered in England and Wales)
Registered office: 19 Paxton Avenue, Hawkinge, Folkestone, Kent, CT18 7GW
Email: [email protected]
We are responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is used when you interact with this website.
2. What data we collect and why
Enquiry form
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Name — required, so we know who we are talking to
- Email address — required, so we can reply
- Phone number — optional, only if you would rather we called
- The programme you are interested in — required, so we can point you at the right starting place
- Your message — required, to understand where you are right now
Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you started) and your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form.
We do not ask for health information on the form, and you should not send us medical details through it. Anything you choose to share about your health once you are working with us is handled under the coaching agreement we make with you, not this website policy.
Infrastructure and security
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides our content delivery network, DNS and DDoS protection. As part of standard internet infrastructure, Cloudflare may process your IP address when routing requests to the site. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
3. Third-party services
These are the third parties involved when you use this website, and what each one touches.
Cloudflare (hosting and security)
Hosts this website and provides CDN, DNS and bot protection. May process your IP address as part of normal request routing. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
YouTube (client videos, click-to-load)
The client stories on our homepage are videos hosted on YouTube. They do not load automatically. Until you press play you see a still image served from this website, and nothing at all is requested from Google.
When you do press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, Google's privacy-enhanced mode, and your browser contacts Google to fetch it. At that point Google receives your IP address and information about your device and browser, and their own privacy policy applies to that. We have no access to any of it, and we cannot see who has watched what. See Google's Privacy Policy.
If you would rather Google never received anything, simply do not press play — the rest of the page works normally without it.
That is the complete list. We run no analytics tool, no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no social media trackers and no heatmap or session-recording tools.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies — not before you press play on a video, and not after. It saves one small entry in your browser's local storage, which is a technical setting rather than data about you:
rsh-loader-seen— remembers that you have already seen the opening animation today, so you are not shown it again on every visit.
It does not identify you, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it stays on your own device. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Once you load a video, YouTube may store data on your device under its own domain, governed by Google’s policy rather than ours.
Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, there is no cookie consent banner on this site — there is nothing to consent to. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.
5. International data transfers
Some of the services we use may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area:
- Cloudflare — a US-based company with global infrastructure. Cloudflare participates in the UK-US Data Bridge and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provide adequate safeguards for international transfers.
- Google (YouTube) — a US-based company. This only applies if you choose to play a video. Google participates in the UK-US Data Bridge and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Where data is transferred internationally, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox and kept for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, plus a reasonable period in case you come back to us. Where an enquiry becomes a coaching agreement, the records that go with it are kept for the period required by UK accounting and tax law, normally six years.
If you would like your data deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it, subject to any legal retention requirement.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use it, in certain circumstances.
- Portability — ask for your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within one calendar month.
8. Right to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's supervisory authority for data protection:
- Website: ico.org.uk
- Phone: 0303 123 1113
We would always rather sort it out directly first, so please come to us before escalating.
9. Children's privacy
This website is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy — for example if we change the services we use, or if the law changes. The "last updated" date at the bottom of this page always reflects the current version.
