So as a result, through their highly interactive presentations, keynotes and coaching programs, they want to have a conversation about some everyday tips and tricks audience members can do to find more clarity and peace in their everyday lives, despite the deluge of activities, commitments and “things” happening around them.

Over the past 10 yrs they have presented on various stages, including BodyPower (the UK’s largest fitness expo), and appeared as trainers on the Channel 5star TV Show “It’s Your Fault I’m Fat.” 

They’ve also written a children’s book, “The Adventures of the Good Food Gang,” which they used to educate over 5,000 children in local schools about the origins of food and its impact on the body. 

And their latest book, “The Energy Reset” is set to release in early 2024.

When not speaking or coaching, Laura and Barry enjoy spending time working with children’s charities dressed up as Wonder Woman and Superman, which brings a ton of joy to their lives.

Who are Laura and Barry Ash?

Laura and Barry Ash are the dynamic duo behind Rock Solid Health, a company founded out of crisis when Laura was medically retired from the Police force. With backgrounds as former Police, Prison, and Counter Terrorism Intelligence Officers, they show audiences how to get more energy, find more fulfilment and have more peace in their everyday lives.


Because in today’s fast-paced, always on the go world, they’ve noticed that a LOT of people are feeling tired, exhausted and just plain worn out from the whirlwind of activities in their lives.


And while feeling tired at the end of the day is certainly normal, when that natural fatigue turns into a constant state of exhaustion…well, then that’s when we start feeling overly tired, anxious, irritable, out of balance and in some cases disconnected and out of alignment with who we are as a person.
